Very nice people and so easy to work with. I walked back to the warehouse and found exactly what I was looking for. It had to be ordered and was actually here the next day. I also got the memory foam, waterproof padding and, combined with the carpet, was so soft I was tempted to sleep on it. After a wee bit of negotiation with my installer, I was extremely happy with the final price. I try to support local businesses whenever possible and I am happy to recommend Osment Flooring.
Everyone at Osment was fantastic! I came in with what felt like an unreasonable request to get my carpet done in a week. They helped me pick a carpet that was in stock and they came and laid the carpet out in the time frame I had. They are fantastic and I recommend them to anyone if you need any flooring or carpet!
Joe and his crew did an amazing job. They faced several challenges on this job. My floor was not level and there was a soft spot. All issues were corrected before the floor was laid. Joe and his crew cleaned up everyday before they left. They were respectful of me and my property. They did not waste any time. Hardest working men I’ve seen in a while. I would definitely recommend them
1 star is honestly WAY too many stars!. I have put this review off for over 2 months to give these people plenty of time to step up, but they refuse. The installer they sent rushed through a 3 day job so they could get done in 2 and left us with a complete mess of carpet scraps and shredded carpet pieces to clean up. It took my wife and I 3 days of work on our hands and knees because they said they no longer clean up the scraps because they were tired of burning up vacuum cleaners. Really???
