I received such outstanding service from the sales assistant and manager of the Mosman store, Vicki, that I was unprepared for the dismal after-sales dealings to come with the customer service department. Vicki was so helpful with selecting items for my outdoor space and placing my order. I placed a large order and spent a lot of money and couldn’t wait to receive the items I’d ordered. What a poor customer service. The person who attended me was sitting on one of the exposed chairs. Not even getting up to greet me and getting rid of me easily claiming that they don’t deal with egg chairs cushions
OMG the most amazing service or lack of. Delivery service abysmal
Happy with the product itself. Delivery was a real hassle and rescheduled about 3 times
