My husband and I were very disappointed with our experience with OSM. We had an existing hoist installed by OSM and planned to buy a 22’ pontoon. My husband called and Kim assured him that our hoist would accommodate our new boat. We paid OSM to install new bunks. When we drove our new boat to the hoist my husband and his brother realized they were not installed correctly.
