My husband went in last night. He said it was awful. The male who hooked him up seemed angry and he could not understand what he was saying. At 6 am, he was told to leave. He needed a cab, but does not have a cell phone and nobody would help him. He's 73 and has hearing aids and walks with a cane. He waited in the lobby for an hour and got a stranger to call him a cab and fell going down the stairs to the cab. He's had the sleep test twice before in hospital and has never had such a bad experience.
3.5 Service was good and tailored. Room cleanliness could be better (lots of dust) but bed / pillow / sheets cleaned
Good luck talking to the Doctor. Even after having a sleep lab, and getting a cpap, I had questions for the Dr. I suffer from chronic migraines (probably from my sleep apnea) and I'm not have much success with the machine. It's Feb 24 today and the soonest I could even talk to the Dr is the end of April. No way to communicate whatsoever. It's enraging! No compassion, no interest in being helpful. Talking to the receptionist was like talking to a brick wall. Highly recommend finding another clinic!
This place is not sanitary.
