But how are you not shut down yet with a stiff like Dr Pearl??! You sleep here, bring a sleep app machine and says "oh you need to sleep here again and refuses to program the sleep app machine. Go somewhere else so this guy doesnt have anymore patients and is forced to retire.
The staff and Doctors are very efficient but still take time with their patients to make sure you understand everything going on. You are in great hands here! Thank you!
Had the pleasure of working with Wendy from Home LifeCare Services. Wendy wants and knows what's best for clients when selling them CPAP Machines. At first when she was trying to show me a unit, one of the knobs had difficulty turning and so she got me a brand new unit. She cares about her clients and ensures they get the best. Very informative and kind. Be sure to ask for her when you go.
My sister had her appointment here, i dropped her off and picked her up the following morning. When i picked her up i saw markings on her neck and body. One of the staff a man ripped the tape off my sisters neck like she was getting a wax done. So unprofessional. The CPAP hose they provided as been used from another patient and never been cleaned. My sister is now in the hospital because of these idot people. We will be suing this place!
