Have been coming here for 3 years and started taking the service for granted until I had to go to RiteAid for an immediate need and it took them 40 minutes whereas at Osler you walk in and are helped immediately. At RiteAid, Walgreens, and CVS, always slow lines, and takes them a while to fill, and there’s usually rudeness from the overworked underpaid staff. Excellent service, knowledgeable, very accommodating, friendly non corporate people if you sick of the rude terrible customer service at Walgreens and CVS come here
I love this establishment because they care about getting u ur meds. The receptionist (mom) called in my script when they were closed. The pharmacist had it ready for me the next morning. I live far away and was very appreciative for the service that was provided. The family has been sooo sweet. Thank you!!!
The pharmacist goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers have their scripts filled in a timely fashion. Not to mention the pharmacist himself and his mother are great people.
