This is the worst business I've had the displeasure of trying to do business with. Tried calling billing services multiple times, says wait time 2 minutes when it's really thirty two or even fifty two and then I got disconnected. Finally got through twice; billing information was to be mailed out. After 3 weeks nothing. Called again, was told they could see the previous contract and don't know what happened. Stated another request was entered. 3 weeks later nothing. Went to the address listed in Google and it's the hospital.... read more
