While using this storage facility, my payment was 25 days late one month and they entered my unit, disposed of my personal property, and only returned what hadnt been thrown in a hole on their property, after I filed a civil lawsuit against them. It has been 5 months now and they returned maybe a quarter of my belongings. I DO NOT recommend using this facility if you value your personal belongings!!! My court case is ongoing at this time.
