The overall experience was great for me from start to finish. I am always greeted promptly by the front desk ladies and helped right away. My esthetician did a great job with my Dermasweep Facial. It included the O Skin Signature with diamond tip microdermabrasion, pore extraction, neck shoulder and arm massage, and hand/foot paraffin dip. My wife has 11am follow up appointment. We checked in on time.after morethan an 1,1/2 we still waiting.not only the theire products are pricey. Service is bad
