I can’t believe the customer service here it’s absolutely appalling. I have never in my 39 years of life experienced the level of disrespect from the receptionist woman with white hair. I most definitely won’t be returning and will now go to Walmart. What a shame I can’t support this small business.
If I could give them less stars I would I waited weeks for my appointment and I showed up I was running a couple minutes late but they checked me in took my insurance card but after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room they told me they weren’t going to do my appointment because I was 15 minutes late. So I confronted them and said I was only 5 minutes late when they than said they don’t have to honor any appointment that is late. But Kim at the desk was horribly rude when telling me all this.
