Brought my baby, Roxy in for bloodwork and an eval on short notice (First ever visit). The staff was absolutely amazing and compassionate from when they first picked up their phone. We set up a game plan for her treatment right then. Roxy declined overnight and I knew she wasn’t going to make it. I called as soon as they opened the next day and they immediately took her in. Brought my cat to their spay clinic. Her surgery went well and she healed quickly.
Would not recommend. Had my 14 year old kitty put down on the 8th. Waited for a call for weeks to pick up her ashes. Called on the 29th because I hadn't received any calls or voice-mail to see when my kitty will be ready. They told me she had been there since the 14th and had said they tried to contact me. There were no calls in my call log nor a voice-mail. My emergency contact was not notified either.
