Would not recommend. Had my 14 year old kitty put down on the 8th. Waited for a call for weeks to pick up her ashes. Called on the 29th because I hadn't received any calls or voice-mail to see when my kitty will be ready. They told me she had been there since the 14th and had said they tried to contact me. There were no calls in my call log nor a voice-mail. My emergency contact was not notified either.
