Ossamu is very professional. He arrives on time, he's thorough, and he explains the problem and solution clearly and concisely. We called him to look into our Tesla charger that wasn't working. He did a thorough troubleshooting and was able to determine that it was a faulty charger. We ordered a new one and he replaced it for us right away. When we have another electrical issue, we will be calling him again.
Very responsive. On time. Pleasant technicians. Cleaned work area. We will hire again for electrical repairs and installations.
OSJ did an exceptional job of upgrading my panel and some other miscellaneous electrical work at my home. They were efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and very tidy--no trace of them after they packed up and left!
