OSJ did a great job on our house to replace 2 prong receptacles with 3, grounded them and used new wire. I feel safer having finally done that conversion. Also replaced some fluorescent under cabinet lighting with LED, which Ossamu picked out, and I’m very happy with. Ossamu is very friendly and discussed options and pros/cons. OSJ Electric were awesome. We needed to install our first home EV charger. They guided us on the decision points, the tech to use, and the process. Got a clear estimate. The team was super nice, install was easy (and fast), and worked perfectly without any issues. Highly recommend!
The whole team was great. They handled the electrical work for a shed to home office conversion and did a great job. They installed lights, outlets and a mini split, and even handled the logistics of getting the work permitted as well. Very happy with the results and the price was fair. I would recommend them to a friend and will probably hire OSJ again for my next project.

Just used OSJ Electric to replace an old 1980s Sylvania/Zinsco panel in my house. The old panel was full and had been discontinued long ago due to being a fire hazard. OSJ was able to install a much larger panel, giving me more than enough spots for future expansion. They were completely professional from beginning to the end.
