A few months ago Ossamu and his team fixed acute common area lighting problems at our condo complex. This week they were back to replace our ancient electrical panels and associated equipment. This is a tough place to work, one of the oldest condos in Concord, but Ossamu's team is the best around. The new installations are immaculate.
Wow. In this day and age, finding exceptional service is a rarity and Im happy to report that OSJ Electric went above and beyond. When I called with my electrical problem they stayed on the phone with me for 20 mins trouble shooting. When we determined that it would be best to send out a technician they did so quickly. Came immediately for a concern that turned out to be a failing main breaker that was dangerous. Fixed everything quickly and ensured wiring was all good. Amazing service!
