Very good check-in system. Quiet waiting area, which is always clean. I was called for my appt. immediately and did not wait long while I was in the patient room.
Seriously, why put weekend hours being 6:00 am - 10:30 pm when you're not even gonna taking patients!!!???
Check in and xray tech Susie were both great
Always excellent care. Have had multiple scans, X-rays & surgeries at this facility
I will start with the negative. Not sure who this female is but she came from the far check in cubicle #5 and in front of a lobby full of people, told me to turn my phone down or off. I'm hard of hearing. She never considered that. Now with the good. I was there for more intense follow up for abnormal mammogram results. The entire Radiology staff showed an immense amount of compassion and understanding which made a fearful experience easier to deal with.
