I would not recommend this company. Their snow and ice control services have been consistently inadequate and unreliable. Our building contracted this company for winter maintenance, and the results have been unacceptable. The on-site salt bin has remained empty for the majority of the winter season, rendering it useless for residents—particularly concerning given the safety risks involved.
