Because of a knee injury OSI-Forest Lake was recommended by a friend. This eperience headed by Beca was teriffic!! All who worked to get my knee more flexible and assisting me to get off the floor were fantastic. I was a former Athletic Trainer in a high school and was aware of some of the exercises OSI used. They taught me more than just mobility they cared about rehabing me to my former ability. Hats off to the entire staff!!!
I would NEVER recommend this place for therapy! Very unhappy with the service I received, the therapists used my time for social hour instead of focusing on the the patients. The therapists complained about other patients in front of me and other patients - VERY unprofessional! I heard 3 or 4 times from the therapist that there were multiple protocols on my recovery plan and that they would contact my surgeon to get a clear answer - they never did. I would show up for therapy and I would get "Let's work on our ACL exercises"... read more
