I would give one star but I’m giving two because our actual my experience with the therapist was wonderful but their billing department is horrible. They cancelled my daughter’s appt because they couldn’t figure out how to properly bill her insurance. It’s now been over two months and we still haven’t been able to setup another appointment because they can’t figure out how to bill insurance.
