One of the best companies in Wisconsin where I’ve been. They took me for unloading at 4:45 PM, even though it was scheduled for the next morning, which saved me a lot of time. I’m very grateful for that! Responsive and friendly staff!
No training will be done, and expect to watch someone work and find out how it should be done. Managers are able to take smoke breaks during the day, but the workers can't. I hope you enjoy constantly hiring lol
Docks are in the back of the building. One way road around building so follow signs. Only way into dock is a blindside which may be difficult for new drivers. Was given a door immediately and unloaded within 30 minutes.
Currently getting loaded. Spoke with Dan for a Empty Carriers load and while i was sweeping my trailer Dan came and helped me pick up dust and broken wood. With no hesitation. That was not even his job! Really great full with the company and the guy!
This company lacks of communication, training, and organization. I've tried my best to be patient but nothing was done when I offered and complained about things that could be changed or fixed. I quit the first time due to an incident that was not properly taken care of. The second time I just lost all hope in the company due to a conversation I had with my supervisor. Not worth the stress in all.
