Service & priduct is great but the actual store is horrible (smells old--musty--yukk!, garbage on the floor! dark in the customer area with product on shelves)--granted they mostly do mail order; I had been here a couple times many years ago, and it was clean, bright, airy back then. Sad to see it so derelict!
