Had my daughter's high school graduation at this facility. Great set up for the students, and they were treated pretty special...by the district staff. As a parent and citizen of Oshkosh who pays taxes, I have never been pushed away from taking pictures outside any establishment as quick as I and my family was right when we got there in the morning! The staff member came up to us and rudely made it clear that my daughter was in the wrong spot and needed to proceed to the vip doors which btw, we weren't told by signs on arriv... read more

My graduation was nice but the staff working at the arena weren't nice. All of us senior graduates where in line and this one guy was rude and yelled at us to move over. I understand that we mightve been blocking the concession stand but that one guy that works for the arena didn't need to be rude and if anything that's just disrespectful to us graduates. Next time they should be nicer to us graduates instead of just being rude and pushing us to the side like he did
