Bad customer service
Quick and efficient as always
As a repeat customer, this place has gone downhill significantly since my last visit. I would expect from a subspecialty group such as OSH, knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries would be bread and butter. However, the doctor here referred me to a general GP (not a specialist) to review an old ankle sprain before issuing my medical certificate which I note took nearly 30hrs after receiving.
