Do not recommend, $400 - Overpriced. I had a large rug brought into the rug cleaning site in woodville, Adelaide (job no 94402). When I dropped off the rug it had a fresh mark from soil. After a $400 charge you can imagine my disappointment when I got it back that it looked and smelt exactly the same. I don’t expect the stain to be completely gone, however, after paying $400 for a rug clean I would expect some slight difference in cleanliness. Booked a reset clean for a small home. Only common areas, for a full day. Paid well over $1500. Was left very disappointed. Contacted company and they sent the two people back. 2 hours later and still had significant issues. When raise with the cleaner, they raised their voice and were quite intimidating.
Had Lorene and Daniel at my mother’s house for a spring clean. Both Lorene and Daniel were absolutely outstanding. They tackled areas that me and my mum had no idea how to do. Well Done to you both.
