I took a rug to be cleaned. They told me that it would take 7-10 working days. It in fact took nearly a month and every time I rang they promised to get back to me with an expected completion date but they didn't. When it was finally completed and I went to collect it tried to give me the wrong rug. After much confusion I had to go into the work area to identify it. They did give me a discount! The rug is nice and clean
Nick did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets today. Was very helpful and gave great advice. Highly recommend giving O'Shea's a call
WARNING Bunch of tievs... While "cleaning" my house they also "cleaned" $4000 worth of photo equipment...
We recently required some carpet repairs at our property. I rang a few numbers and got a couple of very dodgy responses some of whom requested a deposit prior to attendance and some high quotes for repair once I sent a photo. However, when I contacted Oshea's a completely different story, professional service, a quote they stuck by and not exorbitant like the other quotes. Very poor and unfriendly over the phone customer service .. I enquired about multiple services, I received a quote and then she asked if there was a particular day I wanted to book in and I replied with “today if possible” (of course didn’t expect it being such short notice but thought it was worth an ask) and her response was “no not today definitely not” and in such a rude tone of voice followed by a laugh.
