DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! My boyfriend and I rented a house from Bob O’Shea. When we were shown the house there were several broken windows, an old oil tank in the garage containing an unknown substance, and a half dead tree with limbs all about the yard. We were told when we moved in the property would be cleaned the windows would be fixed and the fallen limbs of the tree would be taken care of. Not only did NONE of this happen, my boyfriend and his friend were the ones who ended up having to clean some of the tee limbs up. ... read more

Summer and O’Shea & O’Shea have always put my mind at ease and I love how high they hold their standards. There are so many moving pieces throughout a transaction that could delay a closing but I never worry when O&O are involved!
