Firstly, they cancelled my online appointment and then rebooked for the following Monday at 8am...only to not show up. When I called them they told me the appointment was actually for that afternoon. When I said that they told me it was actually for 8am, their response was "who told you that?". What's worse, they quoted me $980 to replace a 3-in-1 exhaust fan (if you do your research you will know that you can get the same work done at Beacon Lighting for $400). Disgusting.

Louis and Jack from O’Shea Electrical came today to do work @ my house. They were both polite and had good customer service skills. They were diligent and timely with the work that was to be done. They both went above and beyond to make my experience a happy one. They also tidied the places where they worked before leaving. Thank you
