This is the second time I have called the Oshawa Seniors Centre. The first time was 5 years ago. I was interested in some programs, I left a message but no one responded. Today, I called again and asked if I asked if they could send me some information about the centre. The answer was fine. The person said it was all on the website, but it was the tone it was said with. For goodness sake, have some customer service experience. I read the review from daniel & quite honestly was ashamed at our city. After paying taxes over 60 years you would think a membership fee would be enough. Considering the guitar was probably donated by a seinor and many other items could be like cards, games ect.. That we accumulate over life often kids throw out when we pass. Why not send flyers into the community suggesting such an idea from the center! My nana comes here for day program and she loves it. The staff are incredibly kind and caring towards not just the seniors- but their loved ones as well. They make it easy for people like my family to drop off their loved one for the day, cause I know she’ll be in good hands. Thank you for everything you do!❤️
