Came here a few weeks ago over tinnitus concerns and wanted to get a hearing test. Dr. Kapernekas was amazing! He went through all of the results with me and made me feel at ease. He didn't rush me at all or try to sell me anything, and helped ease my anxiety over the tinnitus. Wonderful experience with both him and the office staff...extremely friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!
Friendly & warm from entering the front door. This was my first experience with hearing aids & Tasos took all the time necessary to test and explain the process completely. I’m very happy with the improvement in my hearing - and hardly ever say “Pardon” anymore😍 And the price was excellent too! Thank you.
I am a 74 year old woman who had been very resistant to getting hearing aids because all I seemed to hear about was how unhappy people were with them. They were always complaining and taking them off. They never seemed to use them. There was much frustration and strife with hard-of-hearing men and soft spoken wives. Was extremely pleased with the care given to my 90 yo mom when she was in to have her hearing aid repaired. Not only did Tasos get it repaired, he helped with cleaning the wax in her ears, and off her aid. With none of us kids living in the area, it was wonderful to kow there are such caring professionals assisting her. Thank you again!
Incredible service. The receptionist remeber you when you walk in! You are treated like an actual human with emotions and are seen by a very knowledgeable doctor Taso Kapernekas. This is the only place I trust with my ears, and you should too.
