I visited Tasos Oshawa Hearing Aid Clinic and receive excellent service. Tasos is very patient with questions and tell me that my hearing damage is improved and I don't need to have hearing add at the moment. He let me to follow up with the test in 2 to 3 years and contact him if any thing is wrong. I am so appreciate his kind help.
My husband went for his test and several days later I went for mine. I am not sure what I was expecting but we actually enjoyed our visit with Tasos and staff. They are the BEST! No stress, very pleasant environment and we felt at home! We would both highly recommend Oshawa Hearing Clinic in a minute! Very impressed👌
My first visit - went very well, all 3 persons friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Going back soon to get my hearing “demos”. More to come 2nd visit was learning about the hearing aids I would be testing/wearing. All went well, lots of info to learn & be explained to me. Staff showed great patience and made certain I understood how to use the devices. Now that I am wearing them, staff advised me to call if any issues = very helpful.
