Did not listen or check evidence that the officer entered property without consent or a warrant, lied in his notes to embellish the situation, violated charter of rights and freedoms in a failed attempt to arrest. Made a mistake going with the first reccomendation from OTT legal. A few others with worse cases have mentioned a good criminal lawyer would've had this case thrown out.
