The front desk, ladies at Osgoode Doctor are absolutely phenomenal! They always go above and beyond what’s expected of them, making every visit smoother and more comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly make them the heart of the office. They play massive part and creating such a welcoming supportive environment for all.

Frustrating when the doctor indicates he is going to send requisition to the hospital for a service you need and then never sends it. Messages to the doctor's organization requesting requisition be sent goes unanswered. Next appointment rolls around and doctor does not have blood sample to evauate your case. Such a good doctor but obviously over worked and under staffed. Order requested by surgeon on Sept 11 still not processed.
