Voisinage non respectueux et manque de civisme. A éviter pour toute personne et famille qui se respecte. En plus c'est trop chère ! Personnel arrogant et non ponctuel dans ses intervention. Tous les bâtiments sont infectés. A éviter pour toute famille qui respecte.
I have rented with Osgoode Properties for 10 years...I have never ever paid rent late once....a few weeks ago a windstorm ripped off the roof of our apartment....a few weeks later the ceiling in our bedroom collapses. This could have seriously injured someone. I have a two year old son. I went to the office and asked them if we could give 30 day notice instead of 60 days notice to leave. They said no.
