My mom started an application to apply for an apartment, 100$ deposit was taken out of her bank and it’s been nearly one month and they refuse to answer the phone or return her deposit. Money shouldn’t have been taken out of her account since she couldn’t even finish the application due to having invalid ID! Very bad business Osgoode.
