You guys have the worst er doctor no demand, dr stegman your receptionist are the most ruthless humans and some of your er nurses are just as bad. When will you ever fix your staff? This is disgusting that you guys allow this type of behavior

Get someone in the business department who knows how to file a claim....the right way. Have tried to get them to file something under the right name for MONTHS...or even just file the bill with insurance. Finally, just paid the bill..they won. VERY bitter about the whole thing. Wish there was a hospital, a real hospital in the community with people who cared about doing their job correctly. This is a very poor place to go. They refused to sign my physical because I didn't have all three of my hep B series complete. My paper stated I only needed the first dose started (which I had done)!So basically they gave me a expensive bill knowing that they were not going to sign off on my physical for nursing school! If I could give less than one star I would!
