Terrible experience. I went to the OSF walk-in clinic for UTI symptoms and was seen by Caitlin J. Engels Arteaga, PA. She ordered a urine test and said the results came back normal. She then recommended an X-ray and said she would send a urine culture as well. The next day i was in even more in pain, so I contacted my primary care physician (from another hospital) for help. My adult daughter has a medical condition that causes her extreme lightheadedness. Unfortunately, she was lightheaded and sat her head on the kitchen counter, and when she lifted her head, she hit it on the corner of the upper cabinet. She hit her temple and it sent her into a seizure. She's NEVER had seizures before. Upon arriving at the emergency room, where you could visibly tell that something was wrong, the nurses were great.
