I have been fighting cancer for 3 years. It’s wonderful that all of my services are now in one place. I was a patient of this infusion group, both before and after they moved into the new OSF cancer center. All of the staff is so friendly and compassionate and very efficient at their jobs. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions and concerns. The rooms are private and there is very minimal waiting time. The staff and nurses there are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and ask if you need anything. I love getting my infusions there. Such a warm and kind-hearted place.
The office manager is unprofessional & arrogant & misinformed & lies.
