We have been to First Line multiple times since it opened in January and every single experience has been top notch. The entire staff, from reception to providers, is exceptional, warm, and professional. The facility is clean and inviting. Going to urgent care is usually a bit of a daunting task with lots of wait time, but First Line has managed to completely change that. Our community couldn’t be luckier to have it. Can’t recommend it enough!
We have been to FirstLine several times and each time, we have had an exceptional experience. With three school-aged kids, having a dependable and quick place to get high quality care is crucial. The staff is friendly, the providers give us excellent care, and we are in and out within minutes. I highly recommend FirstLine.
FirstLine Urgent Care provided top of the line care to our young son in an emergency this week. After splitting open his head and knowing he required staples to close the wound, I immediately drove to FirstLine. Tina at the front desk was so kind and welcoming and made the paperwork process seamless; Nurse Sarah got him situated with a popsicle and calmed him as if he were her own son; Dr. Bloomstrand and Charles the PA both fully examined and cleaned the wound and explained the process to myself and our son. We've been here for three different reasons lately and would recommend them to everyone. It is so clean and they are SO great with kids. They truly care.
Rude staff. I do not recommend coming here. Their care is NOT urgent it’s Cavalier. Never allow yourself to get treated by people who treat you bad when trying to sign in. These people should be stripped of their license
