I am a 12 year army veteran, I was told by the VA to go to this urgent care because the VA covers me and I did. The urgent care kept sending me bills for $175.00 after they were told that my VA was taking care of it. Now I'm getting notices from a collection agency for the $175.00 that was paid by the Veterans Administration. So now I guess I'll notify the VA that this urgent care told me to just throw the notices in the trash as it was paid by the government. Have finally found old school doctors office environment that I remember from my childhood The person at the front desk was nice and pleasant and curtious and respectful (which is hard to find in these trying days.) Came in at 9:45 with a really bad cough for the past 3 days and fever of 103. Sat in wait room for over an hour as people who came in after me went first. Finally got seen, and to begin took my temperature incorrectly. Then they ran a flu test. That came back negative. After ran a Covid test which timed out due to taking 20 minute to come back.
