The staff was very helpful and professional. I will be telling other about this place. It's just sad that a place humans go for help because you can't fix yourself has to display a sign that tells humans not to abuse the staff.
Took grandson in for a rash that had been experiencing for few days. Diagnosis with hives, gave helpful information on how to help ease the itching. Thanks for your timely service.
Went there on Saturday my foot in pain from spider bite and told them I was nauseous they had me sit down and wait no urgency what so ever I won’t be back
I went to the East Peoria OSF Urgent Care on Thursday and was very impressed with the caring way the staff treated me. They were so kind and made me feel special!! The physician assistant seemed so knowledgeable as well. He gave me some valuable information on how to treat my sinus pain at home. Thank you Ken.
Took them 35 minutes to tell me they couldn’t do my DOT exam because I’m on short term disability. Good to see OSF only cares if they will get money out of you! Exactly why the only reason I’ll go to a OSF is to get a DOT exam or to get misdiagnosed. Thanks for wasting my time and money!
