Urgo on Prospect was a great experience! I scheduled an appointment online. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had previously been to Christie Convenient Care on Windsor in Urbana 2 weeks prior and was not medically treated to my satisfaction. I did not get better from my sinus infection in which I was diagnosed. My OSF provider was more thorough and actually listened to my concerns. I was given the medication that was need to treat me and I was back to feeling myself within 5 days! Thank you OSF staff!
Lacy the RT was great. My daughter was scared at the beginning, by the end she was good talking to Lacy.
