Washington urgent care is a joke. “Our person is on their last patient and then they’ve got a half an hour break. You can schedule an appointment but it probably won’t be until after 1:30. “ I was like even though I’m bleeding and she’s like “well. Love this urgent care and their staff! I've been seen here quite a few times as well as my kiddos, and always seem to encounter live ng, competent and kind people! Very grateful for OSF urgo and staff in Washington, Il!
The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all fantastic with my very anxious, sick kiddo! They were great at listening to my requests for testing and I felt they listened to both myself and my son's concerns and worked with us on everything. He was very happy with the visit overall and so am I! Great work!
Care was great, but we waited over 2 hours to be seen.
This was my first time using OSF urgent care in Washington. The staff were all kind and welcoming. The facility was clean. The provider, Courtney R., was prompt, professional, and made me feel like I was a part of my own care. I would recommend this location for any urgent care needs!
