Care was great, but we waited over 2 hours to be seen.
This was my first time using OSF urgent care in Washington. The staff were all kind and welcoming. The facility was clean. The provider, Courtney R., was prompt, professional, and made me feel like I was a part of my own care. I would recommend this location for any urgent care needs!
It was very clean there. They had a coffee bar and all the people were super friendly. I'll be telling my friends and will be back.
They only get one star because they had the good creamer at the coffee bar. I came in with a patient who was crying and in extreme pain. We sat for 45/50 minutes in the waiting room that only had two other people in it. A gentleman came in AFTER us for a basic test possibly something for work like a drug test and no appointment as well. I walked out to my car to get my drink and come back in to see that they let that guy go first while my friend is literally crying from abdominal pain. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at OSF OnCall Urgent Care in Washington. After scheduling an appointment, I was contacted and informed that they would not be seeing me due to the nature of my complaint (jaw pain). I was told that their services were limited. When I inquired if x-rays were available at the clinic, I was placed on hold. Upon returning, the nurse stated that x-rays are indeed offered, but that I would need a CT scan.
