Had an appointment for 1:15 for my sons school physical was here 5 mins early and still made us wait over an hour there was literally no one else even here really 1 or 2 other people no reason other than shear laziness to make people wait this long for something so simple

My son and I stopped in for a sports physical at the spur of the moment on July 31, 2025. Didn't have an opening for about 2 hours. We couldn't wait that long and while we were trying to figure out the best time to come back, she let us know there was a cancelation for 5:30 so we only had to wait about 30 minutes. She didn't have to tell us about the cancelation but she did. Everyone was so professional and pleasant to us. They didn't mind answering all of my questions. Great service from OSF PROMPT CARE IN WASHINGTON, IL.
I had an outstanding experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to assist, supplying all the information I required. Even though my visit was brief and I was under the weather, their warm demeanor improved it!
This care team was very good ( make sure that you go online for an appointment First, then you will be seen sooner ) very professional and friendly
