I know these places have different staff in and out of them all the time, so I usually don't review based on one experience. However the last 2 times I've been in, the staff refused and/or didn't know an effective treatment which seems ridiculous. The first time, I went in for a huge allergic reaction. The lady at the prompt care told me there was basically nothing she could give me other than some steroids. The receptionist, nurse, and PA were all very professional and friendly. Ken, the PA, took time to carefully communicate and answer all my questions. I definitely recommend OSF OnCall for urgent care!
