Misdiagnosed for ear infection now instead of getting the antibiotics she needdd yesterday we have to worry about possibility that infection is in her mastoid behind her ear. The doctor was very rude and the staff were rude and uncaring. They need new staff they need more professionalism because this isn’t the first misdiagnosis
Had the occasion to visit 5660 West 95th Street location. The staff is so so AWESOME! Stopping by for my ailment was like living a dream. Everyone was concerned, empathetic & kind. I do mean that everyone was professional, excellent bedside manner.
