I came in to my previously scheduled appointment NO ONE was at the check-in desk, finally this lady sat down and told me to wait because she already had a phone call to . She got off and then told me i was past the grace period. BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS NOT ABLE TO BE SEEN ! I WAS ONLY 1 minute passed because i waited for HER to come out just to finish a phone call .
