I came in to my previously scheduled appointment and this lady say down and told me to wait because she already had a phone call to . She got off and then told me i was past the grace period BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS NOT ABLE TO BE SEEN I WAS ONLY 1 minute passed because i waited for her phone call . I asked for her name and she snapped at me and started yelling ! I will NOT be back to this establishment !
