Exelente servicio ,estuvimos hace un año en ese hospital . es el mejor hospital al lado de todos en los q hemos estado. hemos recibido un excelente trato ,sobre todo por una enfermera llamada Merly, en la área de rehabilitación por derrame cerebral. Dios vendiga a tan buenas personas.
Inept and unpleasant staff. Don't care and red tape for days for the simplest things. Not to mention all their offices are labeled incorrectly.
This place is in desperate need of updates. The providers don't seem to communicate with each other. Conflicting instructions and argumentive providers who seem more interested in booking additional appointments
OSF does not respect patients' time or money. First of all, if you have the first appointment of the day (8 A.M.), the system (OSF MyChart) erroneously tells you to arrive at 7:45 A.M. The only problem? The office doesn't open until 8 A.M.. My wife and I have both had our time wasted due to this issue, which has existed for years and nobody's ever bothered to address it.
