I love OSF. Dr. Chavez is amazing. She’s helped me more in the less then a year I’ve been seeing her then any other Dr. She truthfully, honest and respectful with you. She does everything she said she is going to do almost immediately. She sends in my prescriptions puts my referrals in the system. I love my doctor here but I'm going to have to find someone else to see simply because the staff here has extremely poor communication, takes days-sometimes weeks- to get back to me about prescriptions, orders the wrong medical supplies for me, and shows general incompetence. If I need a prescription changed or refilled I have to call pretty much daily and leave "messages for the nurse" with whoever answers the phone.
