Really enjoy my primary doctor and my experience was ok up until now. My complaint isn’t with the doctors at the location (and nurses) but mostly the call system staff (whoever that is). Whatever new automated calling system they have is TERRIBLE. It’s taken me multiple calls to simply come in and get a shot I needed. I have been transferred to nurses then nurses have transferred my calls to the wrong places when I need to make the appointment with them. The office staff deserves zero stars. Honestly should shut this location down or fire the lot of them and start over. - Front desk staff laughs at people when asking questions about vaccines they don’t agree with (Deb?). Whichever is the crabby, old lady. - Crabby old lady doesn’t give messages to the doctor or nursing staff. - My doctor, who is out on maternity leave until April, left instructions for me to call if the disc in my back started acting up for them to call in steroids. They let people go without their meds. When I called to find out what was going on lady was rude. My mother needs her meds and she's out told them that. They did it again 26 mins on hold. My mom has to have her meds and they don't care

My wife is ill and is on 6 different medications and they will not fill her prescription she has been with OFS for many years…. She needs a new doctor like yesterday. I don’t recommend them to anyone with serious illness.
