There is no God in this place. If you're LGBTQIA+, AVOID at all costs. they can and WILL treat you terribly and, if you're trans, make a point to misgender you as much as humanly possible. I got groped by officers in the parking lot. no one, not a single soul here, cared. If you aren't cishet, you aren't even human to these people. Your suffering is just a joke to them.

most of the staff here were helpful some went way above the call of duty! you get out of what you put into this program . thank you staff for all your help.

I was coming here to see dr lo, who ended up leaving. I then went to dr gait who tried to say I had bi polar which in no shape or form have I ever been told since I’ve been on meds when I was 6. I transferred and came back when my provider left. Saw Nicole who was great but left. Then today I went in for my appointment, which was supposed to be video but “the link not working was not their fault” and I was told my provider had been exposed to COVID 8 times but I needed to see her. I am completely disappointed in this establishment. The nurses sit around and gossip. Because of my insurance they would not see me. After I have seen the dr. 4 times. I am truly very upset. I Don't know what to do about my medication being filled. They have truly caused way more anxiety. It's sad because the dr. Knows my daily struggles. If I could I would give not 1 star, because they don't deserve it.

Last year was brutally hard for us, but the nurses and doctors were great in giving us up to date of our patient's situation. We were also there everyday for visitation and our patient was well taken cared of. We had peace of mind at that time. Thank you to all OSF staff for your passion, patience and understanding.
