I’ve had to call billing 5x since giving birth in January. If you talk to Diana 10/10 she is wonderful and so helpful. If you talk to Jenny get ready for a nightmare of a conversation. Incredibly rude and 0% customer service. I don’t understand why OSF billing can’t get it together. So frustrating
OSF billing is a nightmare. They code and bill things incorrectly. Even after showing them proof from the insurance company, they still will not resolve the issues. This office literally has no clue what they’re doing. The people working there do not understanding billing or insurance. I have been fighting them since October 2024. Called numerous times, faxed, mailed items with no resolution. After open heart surgery OSF worked with me to establish a payment plan that is interest free! My max out of pocket was 17k and they have been so helpful! I only have 1500 left and then its all paid and never did they turn me in to collections. If you work with them and do what you say you will do they are great! Thanks for saving my life and my credit rating!!!
