People that work in this place are horrible osf is not good
Incredibly delayed on their bill payments. Continuously increasing with interest while the payment was already complete. Seems like a degree doesn't have much of a position at all when it comes to a simple job like this.
I was a little nervous due to the reviews online for dealing with the billing department. My experience was amazing. Super fast and simple, and the lady on the other end was extremely helpful. I just wanted to post this and hopefully remind others that, 9 out of 10 times, others will treat you the way you treat them.
My experience to want to actually pay a bill was terrible, the bill was miscoded , the agents could not take payment and could only provide me with someone elses phone number . These 2 people lori and Britany were left a total of 7 messages in 2 weeks. neither returned a call. I would like to give Miss Pamela a 5 star review , she listened to me , researched the issue , did not transfer me , stayed the course until she could help me pay the bill. Thank you Pamela .
