Oselka currently building a L Michigan shoreline rock revetment for homes on Perkins and Crackerjack off Lakeshore Rd in N Lakeside. Building it on Harbor Country Commons - common ground, owned by everyone. I tried to climb over the wall with my beach bike and was rudely gestured away by the backhoe operator.
