David C. was a great technician from ADT. He called when he was on his way, was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. By far the best technician to come and help with all the issues I had been having with my home security system in Anaheim, CA. David went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly.
I've had ADT home protection for over 10 years. Their rates continue to increase throughout the years. You would think they would either give loyal customers some kind of break or upgrade to their services. But they don't. I am looking into another service provider that will take my business, as their are many out there. Being on the phone multiple times for the same issues is not how I want to spend my time.
The technician who installed my new "doorbell camera system" from ADT was exceptionally knowledgeable. He displayed great patience and kindness, especially considering my handicap, where I couldn't assist much, even with simple tasks like testing the doorbell. He took the time to thoroughly explain how to set and disarm the alarm system, and patiently guided me through using the app on my cellphone. Without his support, I would have been completely lost with our new alarm system. His patience made all the difference.
