What a disappointment. Love the company and the products. Been using this brand for years and was excited to visit the location for the second time, but the customer service was terrible. The lady on the floor working the register was not great at all. Unfortunately, I did not take down her name. Curly hair was there on Monday morning 11/10. We spent over 200 dollars. Arail was extremely unprofessional. I have been there several times as a customer and she Kept questioning if I was a customer. She also served two people who came We in after me.
I have visiting Osea skincare studio multiple times. The new way techniques, machines, knowledge I have experience have blow other spas out of the water. I recommend this to anyone who really wants to take their skin care to the next level
I flew in from Sydney, Australia to visit. Absolutely divine facial. My skin looked amazing! Laura was an amazing aesthetician educating me with every product with such passion, knowledge and enthusiasm. I bought a range of beautiful products. Ariel also had wonderful customer service. A worthwhile trip, even from overseas!
I'm so glad I visited and bought some great products. I learned a lot from the gal that helped me. Products are a bit expensive.
