Everyone was nice and every explanation was through and to the point and I felt very relaxed throughout my visit.
So today jan 17th i went in for an epidural level three injectionls. My doctor was dr Vidal. It was the most pleasant non pain professional experience I've ever had. The entire staff were amazing. Verdict of whether the injections will help my back/ and leg pain but I'm very hopeful for some relief. Thank you Dr. Vidal and his staff for your professionalism and kindness.
Sitting in the waiting room while my husband gets a spinal procedure. The manager (male) was very unprofessional in the office. He lectured the front desk on why the secretary didn’t do something. He was very argumentative with her and she was trying to defend herself to make the policies clear and he was in the wrong. These types of conversations/ trainings need to be addressed behind office doors… not in front of clients/ patients. Not professional
The staff was very polite and professional. They explained the procedure clearly and helped me to stay calm. The nurses and doctors are exceptional.
