I purchased a Bluetooth Powered 8" Outdoor Subwoofer w/ Built-In Amplifier and speakers on 1/16/23 (installed in April of 2023) and it was only in service for 9 months until it started buzzing when connected to a Bluetooth source. They sent a replacement that lasted 2 months before it started buzzing. They then told me to take it somewhere local to have it repaired. Had amazing customer service, all due to Ed, going above and beyond to help me with the issue I had and remedy the problem with no further problems. I highly recommend this company based on the customer service I received

Ordered online decided to Pick Up myself cause I was going to drive by the area, took few minutes to get the unit in my car once I was there, great service. Great customer service.

Excellent speakers. I have their SRT1 streamer, xmp300 amp, FS 12 sub, and a pair of their S82 Mk2s. Amazing quality and have never let me down so far. Will definitely come back.

Approximated 10 years ago purchased outdoor rock speakers that sounded great. One quit working so I ordered a pair of RS 670 speakers as replacements. They sounded too tinny so returned them (cost me over $60) for an upgraded RS 850 speaker as one of my old ones was still working. Sound of my old one was much better as the upgrade still sounded tinny. Would have returned it but didn’t want to pay the return shipping charge.
