With high hopes and endless promises from OSD advertising, I have purchased OSD Nero Max 12 for one of our clients for high end new build home. It went up in flames on the first boot, almost setting house on-fire. OSD support denied existence of the reseller and offered no support with or without warranty for their product. Stay away and spread the word. We will stay with Emotiva on all our builds from now on.
I purchased a Bluetooth Powered 8" Outdoor Subwoofer w/ Built-In Amplifier and speakers on 1/16/23 (installed in April of 2023) and it was only in service for 9 months until it started buzzing when connected to a Bluetooth source. They sent a replacement that lasted 2 months before it started buzzing. They then told me to take it somewhere local to have it repaired. Ordered online decided to Pick Up myself cause I was going to drive by the area, took few minutes to get the unit in my car once I was there, great service. Great customer service.
Excellent speakers. I have their SRT1 streamer, xmp300 amp, FS 12 sub, and a pair of their S82 Mk2s. Amazing quality and have never let me down so far. Will definitely come back.
