The pharmacist and all staff are extremely responsive and caring. So glad we switched, couldn’t be happier with them.
I’ve been using Star Osco for 7 and a half years. Recently they’ve been having problems receiving prescriptions from my doctor, and they always blame the doctor’s office. I’ve noticed similar reviews with people having the same problem. Today, when I called to tell them that I *know* my doctor faxed them the prescription, the person (I believe his name was Troy?) started LITERALLY YELLING AT ME and refusing to let me speak.
