Decided to try Osco Pharmacy in Marshfield because I shop at Star Market. Worst decision I could’ve made. My doctor’s office and I had to repeatedly send/bring in the same 2 prescriptions, my nebulizer medicine and an antibiotic, this has been going on for 2 weeks. They finally filled one and only gave me 1 pill, it was supposed to be 10. And I’m still sitting here waiting for the other one. They just don’t care. Don’t use this pharmacy!
Pharmacy does not like to fill prescriptions. I have heard disturbing rumors some of the pharmacist hold prescriptions for their friends or “ preferred customers” before filling other prescriptions. Excuses consist of order refills and insurance companies not processing the refill. They claimed their claim on the refill orders was not going through. Great place not like that 3 letter place. 99/100 times they have your meds. everyone this are super helpful.
The pharmacist here went above and beyond to help with a prescription that cvs did not have. Thank you so much, great people at Osco Star in Marshfield!
