I previously had good experiences with this pharmacy but recently they weren't able to fill a prescription for our child's astma medication. After waiting for a week, I called to inquire and was told that it would arrive tomorrow, "we'll let you know." Called again in a few days: "it's on back order." After waiting for two weeks, at which point we needed it urgently, we transferred the prescription to a nearby CVS, which didn't have it in stock either, but was able to get it to us the next day. several good experiences at this pharmacy. When I was abroad on vacation, they called me to ask if I would be picking up my meds, I requested they please hold my meds an additional 10 days and they sure did. On another instance, I called to request proof of payment for an rx and they expeditiously mailed it. Really impressed overall with their efficiency. I also sometimes use coupons to buy my meds and they are always patient and try to help me.

Despite "Sammie's" claim that Zovig "sits on her butt doing nothing," what Zovig DOES do, is work her butt off. She's extremely professional and efficient. She has ironed-out numerous problems I've had with doctors and health insurance companies.
The Star/Osco pharmacists are pleasant and efficient, and the pharmacy has a large inventory of medications on hand, or can get them with little delay. Unlike CVS and Walgreens, the staffing at Osco is adequate, which makes for a far better experience.
